Baked Cod with Lemon and Garlicย 


1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp dried thyme
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions:
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC). Line a baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it for easy cleanup.
Make the Garlic Lemon Mixture: In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Prepare the Cod: Place the cod fillets in the prepared baking dish. Drizzle the garlic lemon mixture over the fillets, making sure they are well coated.
Bake the Cod: Bake the cod fillets in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish turns opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
Garnish and Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges. For a complete meal, pair it with steamed vegetables, rice, or a light salad.
