Heat the broiler 425 degrees Fahrenheit, place a baking tray with aluminum paper and place a baking rack on it.
Wipe the chicken skin with a paper towel to get rid of any moisture.
Put the chicken in olive oil and season with flavors, salt and pepper.
Place on the shelf and heat for 35 to 40 minutes or chicken temperature up to 165 degrees Fahrenheit. 2-3 minutes.
