Apple Pie Stuffed Cheesecake 

1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup water
For the Cheesecake Filling:
32 oz cream cheese, softened
1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
3 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional, for swirling)
Directions:
Prepare the Crust:
Preheat the oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan and line the bottom with parchment paper.
Make the crust:
In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the springform pan. Bake for 8-10 minutes, then let it cool.
