4-Ingredient Biscoff Cake

This cake is super moist, super Biscoff-y and so easy to make! The cake just melts in your mouth and the Biscoff topping is so silky & smooth 🀀

All you need is:
For the cake:
400g Lotus biscuits
1.5 tsp baking powder
380ml milk (whole or semi-skimmed), at room temperature
For the topping:
125g Biscoff spread, melted
2 tbsp Lotus biscuit crumbs
Bake 170c (150c fan) for 15-20mins, a toothpick should come out clean with a few moist crumbs on.
