1 cup beef broth π²

1/2 cup sliced mushrooms (optional) π
For the Mashed Potatoes:
2 pounds potatoes, peeled and quartered π₯
1/2 cup milk π₯
1/4 cup butter π§
Salt and pepper to taste π§
