The only bad thing about peach season is how terribly short it is. I wish I could start every day with a fresh, juicy peach! While that might not be possible, the second best thing is taking full advantage while they are in season. From pies to cakes, jams to salsas— it’s hard to go wrong when you’re working with fresh produce. But, one of my favorite new peach recipes is this Peach & Cream Spread.
