Well my husband got the pie he asked for. It looks and smells amazing !! The pic is the pie I made. I followed the recipe
Impossible Pie
This is AMAZING! All the ingredients are mixed together and poured into a pie tin, but when it cooks it forms its own crust with filling! Impossible Pie has a coconut vanilla taste just like a coconut cream pie, turns out perfect every time! Grab a fork and RUN because it won’t last long!!

2 cups milk
1 cup shredded coconut
4 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup flour all purpose
7 tbs butter
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
