Recipe Ingredients:
- 2 cups of all-purpose flour (wheat flour)
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 cup of margarine
- Guava paste cut into small cubes (filling)
Instructions:
Start by mixing the margarine and sugar in a bowl until well combined. Then, add the flour and mix until you get a dough that doesn’t stick to your hands.
Now, take portions of the dough, shape them into cookies, and place them on a baking sheet (no need to grease). Place small cubes of guava paste on top of each cookie.
Finally, bake in a preheated oven at a high temperature for about 25 minutes (or until the bottoms of the cookies are golden brown). Remove from the oven and serve.
