– 2 ripe bananas, mashed π
– 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips π«
– 1 cup chopped walnuts (optional) π°
– 2 bananas, sliced (for topping) π
– 1 cup chocolate melting wafers π«
Instructions:
– Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
– In a large bowl, mix melted butter and sugar until well combined.
– Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
– In a separate bowl, sift together cocoa powder, flour, and salt.
– Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
– Fold in mashed bananas, chocolate chips, and walnuts if using.
– Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.
– Let brownies cool completely, then cut into bite-sized squares.
– Melt chocolate wafers according to package instructions.
